Menotti's Signature Blend, featuring Ethiopia Shakiso and Mexico Jaguar. Shakiso is an area in the Guji region of Southern Ethiopia. This coffee is lighter in body, juicy, and rounds out with a clean finish. The Jaguar has a medium body with hints of caramel, and a deep sweet finish. Its brighter acidity and more pronounced sweetness combines perfectly with the Shakiso to make VSEB truly very special.
